God Bless America and Finally, The Last Set Of Halloween Pictures

I  must admit it was with a heavy heart that I awoke this morning. If you know me or have been reading my blog for any length of time you know I was dissapointed with the election results yesterday. I truly believe Obama is a threat to our country. I do not believe his Socialist policies are in the best interest of this great nation. I see all my hard earned money being freely given away to and for people who don't deserve it and have not worked for it. I see the liberties this country was founded upon and that we have enjoyed for years being slowly taken away. I see more people depending on the government for handouts. But that's just this one girl's opinion. After some prayer, Bible reading and good conversations today with friends and family I've actually lost that heaviness. God allowed Barack Obama to be president for a reason. God is still in control. He knows our future. I want to have a positive attitude about America's future. I truly hope that I am proven wrong. I hope Obama does great things for America. That he brings the change he talks about so much. That things don't end up being as bad as I think they will. I also have hope in knowing that we get to vote again in another four years! LOL Anyhow, I'm dissapointed but still proud to be an American. This proud American will continue to pray for her country and it's leaders.

Do your duty as an American with the freedom and rights to vote. Go vote!! Now, I'm not going to tell you who you should vote for, but I'm sure it's obvious who I am voting for. Vote for who you think would be best for this country. I'm conservative politically and a pro-lifer. I believe in small goverment, free speech and the right to use my hard earned money the way I want. I'm not about "spreading the wealth". For those of you who are out there waiting for a hand out..here's a tip- GET A JOB!!! Get off your butts and GO TO WORK!! Stop blaming everyone else for the fact that you have no money. Stop buying ipods, cable television and playstation 3's and go buy groceries!! Stop buying nicer cars and houses than I have and then failing to pay your bills. Stop expecting ME to pay your bills. If I'm going to pay them I want MY ipod, cable and playstation 3, car and house back ya hear?? You do NOT have the right to MY money. You  DO have the right to make BETTER CHOICES ! And the beauty of this country is that I can say things like that and have the protected right to do so. Even if it offends someone.  I believe the United States is the best country in the world and am proud to be an AMERICAN. This country offers opportunities like no other as long as people are willing to embrace hard work and honesty. And come here legally.

 

So, go vote. I am.
